Viaposte, a partner of PRO EMPLOI, temporary employment agency

Viaposte is pursuing its CSR commitment in the Ile-de-France region by setting up a partnership with PRO EMPLOI, for several of its logistics platforms in the region.
PRO EMPLOI is a temporary employment agency whose philosophy is to use temporary work as a tool to facilitate access to stable employment for people experiencing difficulties in their career path.

Thanks to its network in the Ile-de-France region, PRO EMPLOI is a local player with a strong local presence. For more than 10 years, PRO EMPLOI has demonstrated that putting people to work is the best lever for sustainable integration and that the quality of the support provided to people in employment is the guarantee of their success.
The temporary workers supported by PRO EMPLOI have a range of qualifications and skills:
  - Young people under 26 years of age who are having difficulty entering working life
  - Workers recognised as disabled workers (Acknowledgement or Recognition of Handicapped Worker Status [RQTH in French])
  - Jobseekers having difficulties in finding a job (more than one year of inactivity)
  - Residents of the Priority Neighbourhoods according to the City’s Policy ([QPV in French])
  - People receiving minimum social benefits (inclusion income support [RSA in French], social assistance, etc.)
The partnership with PRO EMPLOI was very important during the peak period.
Today, only a few temporary workers are still active on our sites.

"The partnership with PRO EMPLOI was set up by the former HR Manager of Chelles. She led a major initiative on the integration of workers with RQTH. Pro Emploi is an integral part of our referenced partners. Even though we no longer have staff from their agency on site, we will not fail to contact them again when the need arises," says Christelle MIALON, HR Manager at the Chelles site.

More than just temporary workers, these temporary workers are entitled to a permanent contract in the same way as the other agencies.
"This project is very important to me because it allows us to give these people a second chance and it makes us part of a responsible and supportive recruitment approach. In a complicated socio-economic context, the company is open to a socially responsible approach. As soon as we have needs, we will call on the PRO EMPLOI agency and other agencies that are committed to the same professional integration approach," explains Stephanie CREQUI, trainer at the Le Bourget platform.
