What difference does the Apollo operational excellence approach bring?
Since 2015, Viaposte has been committed to operational excellence by launching its Apollo program.
It’s main objective: improving performance
This performance is measured by several indicators: economic profitability, the quality of service rendered, compliance with deadlines, the well-being of employees or the rate of accidents.
In order to meet internal requirements (increase in the number of sites, development of new activities, etc.) and external requirements (customer needs, quality of service, respect of deadlines, etc.) Viaposte has developed a true "culture" of lean management ; in direct and systematic connection to the health and safety issues of employees.
Apollo relies on three action levers: Breakthrough projects, a system of business certifications (Executive Blue Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt) and managerial dynamics.
Since 2018, more than fifty people have trained in operational excellence and have been certified. Recently, a set of our logistics managers were certified Executive Blue Belt on management standards (measuring work areas, team briefings, tour of the sites...).
