Viaposte in numbers…

A look back at the major statistics that made up the year 2020 for Viaposte, a specialist in logistics, industrial maintenance and transport.

Sites

The logistics and industrial maintenance activities have been strengthened with a new platform in Angers (opened in July 2020) and 11 new integrated logistics teams based throughout France.
On the transport side, two new sites were opened in the Île-de-France region, in addition to the 16 existing sites and 5 freight forwarding centres.

Turnover

The results vary according to the activities.
In logistics, the figure fell slightly compared to last year, despite an increase in the parcel sorting business in particular (link V - DISPATCH).
On the other hand, turnover increased in industrial maintenance and transport.
This is explained by the needs of new customers following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Turnover was up by 1% overall for all activities.

Workforce breakdown

Despite an anticipated difficult year, Viaposte recruited 200 people on permanent contracts, some of whom were hired on temporary contracts.

Viaposte's ambition is to maintain its growth and continue its development. The main ambition will always be to satisfy its customers and provide optimised solutions.
