Yoan's career path - operations manager

His career at Viaposte

Now an operations manager, Yoan's career path is a testament to his ability to grow within Viaposte: 

• 1999: joined Viaposte as a Sorting Operator and then as a Forklift Operator on a logistics platform in Gonesse,
• 2003: Team leader successively at the Orly and Chelles sites
• 2012: Logistics Manager in Chelles,
• 2014: Activity Manager in Chelles,
• Since 2015: Operations Manager at the Chelles platform.

Thanks to a significant personal investment, Yoan was able to develop his professional skills and adapt to a wide range of work environments. This increase in skills has enabled him to quickly obtain positions of responsibility, since in 15 years he has become Operations Manager at the Chelles platform.

After having had many different professions, his career path has given him a cross-disciplinary vision of logistics functions and a strong corporate culture, which now allows him to co-lead training courses within the Viaposte University.

The elements that led to the success of his internal mobility

All the training, coaching and learning of a real operational excellence approach have enabled him to reach management and responsibility positions. His personal qualities, his curiosity and the various human encounters at all levels have also contributed to his professional development and internal mobility.
